Honey Garlic Glaze

A glaze that pairs perfectly with grilled or roasted meat and veggies such as shrimp, sausage and peppers. Very similar to Teriyaki sauce but this has a bit of a spicy kick to it and the garlic flavor adds just the right touch. Check out my other recipes on the blog for ways to use the sauce.
Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (Gluten Free Soy Sauce)
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (like Sriracha)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter non-dairy plant based butter works well too

Equipment

  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 Spatula

Method
 

  1. Simmer all ingredients on the stovetop in a saucepan for 3 - 4 minutes until sticky and glossy then toss over your meat or veggies.
