Party Meatballs - Slow Cooker

Easy party meatballs made with ground turkey, grape jelly, and BBQ sauce, kept warm in a crockpot for stress-free entertaining.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 making Turkey Meatball Recipe - see blog for recipe (Yield: 24-26 -1 oz- meatballs - these can be made smaller if desired)
  • 1 cup Grape Jelly (Welch’s is AG safe)
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s Original is AG safe)

Equipment

  • Crockpot / Slow Cooker
  • Non-Metal Spoon
  • measuring cups

Method
 

Turkey Meatballs
  1. Cook your meatballs prior to placing them in the slow cooker. You can have them precooked in the freezer or you can mix and cook them just prior to making this recipe. If added to the slow cooker frozen, plan to let them cook on low for at least 2 hours instead of placing on ”warm.”
Party Meatballs
  1. In the slow cooker combine the grape jelly, bbq sauce and pre-cooked meatballs.
  2. Set the slow cooker to warm and plan for at least 2 hours before they will be ready to serve.
