
Finding a safe, satisfying breakfast can be a challenge when youโre navigating Alpha-Gal Syndrome and multiple food allergies. Not to mention, mornings can just be busy and sitting down to eat a healthy meal often doesnโt happen. Non-dairy yogurt parfait is a great breakfast option that can be customized to fit your busy schedule and your nutrition needs. Eating safe and healthy can still be flavorful and enjoyable.
Breakfast is controversial. Stated as the most important meal of the day, but who has time for it? Is it the most important meal of the day? If you are running around busy in the morning a quick layering of non-dairy yogurt, gluten free granola and some fruit or nuts is a fantastic quick option.
Some options of things you could layer:

- Kind Chocolate Granola (or other Kind flavors)
- Berries: Blueberries, Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.
- Nuts: walnuts, almonds, pecans, cashews, etc.
- Chia or flax seeds

- Enjoy Life Vegan Chocolate Chips
So Delicious and Kind are two brands that have allergen friendly ingredients in mind when they make their products. Do be careful with some of the Kind bars as they may contain milk products, etc. So Delicious vanilla dairy free yogurt pairs well with any of the above ingredients and has the thick, creamy consistency that you think of when you think of yogurt.
