Hello, my name is Beth! I am a wife and mother of two who was diagnosed with Alpha-Gal syndrome in 2014. I created this blog so that those who are also living with Alpha-Gal would have a place to find safe and healthy recipes, some tried and true safe brands and options when they go out to eat.
